It depends on the quality of the meat and what cut. I think in general medium rare is the way to go but if it's A5 type of beef then you want to go with almost rare so you get the full taste of the meat. If you go somewhere lower quality I try to go medium.作者: Joelslash 時間: 2020-9-25 12:34 PM
